1. Coleraine Lease
All vehicle rentals in Coleraine are governed by a detailed Rental Agreement provided at booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. The agreement sets out specific terms, conditions, insurance details, charges, and your responsibilities for that rental. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will govern the Coleraine rental.
2. Coleraine Eligibility
To hire a vehicle from Coleraine, you must:

Any new damage will be evaluated and billed to you in accordance with Coleraine’s damage policy.
5. Insurance and Liability for Coleraine
- Coleraine provides basic third-party insurance with all rentals. Full coverage details and excess amounts are set out in the Rental Agreement. Additional insurance options may be offered to lower your financial liability. Review these options carefully. You must not use the Coleraine vehicle for:

Sub-letting to third parties or allowing unauthorized drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Purposes for which the vehicle is not designed...
Violating these restrictions in Coleraine may result in immediate rental termination and additional charges.
8. Limitation of Liability — Coleraine
To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Coleraine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you to Coleraine for the services in the twelve months immediately before the claim.
9. Coleraine Law
These Terms are governed by Northern Ireland domestic law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Northern Ireland civil courts.
10. Changes to Coleraine Terms
Coleraine may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on Coleraine's website. Your continued use of Coleraine's services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
